Drove product distribution, branding, and communications strategy at Vagari through its retail run, then carried that playbook to Vadera. As COO she runs day-to-day operations alongside the CEO across partnerships, communications, and company operations.
Caleb Martinez
Chief Strategy Officer
Joined Vadera as communications coordinator and rose to Chief Strategy Officer through the Company's pre-seed and product build. He leads strategy, communications, and brand positioning across the platform.
Miriam Otano
Operations & Compliance · Designated 506(c) Verification Officer
Ran marketing and brand at Vagari alongside the founder, then helped develop the Vadera product from its earliest builds. She owns internal operations and vendor and counsel coordination, and administers the Company's Written Verification Procedure & Policy.
Ricky Nkansah
Senior Developer & Systems Engineer
Nearly a decade of software engineering with deep experience in banking structures and financial products. Engineered the Vadera platform end to end — implementing the founder's patent-pending scoring architecture in production, with its consent ledger and seven consented OAuth integrations.
